RETURNS

We want your shopping experience at Tanah to be fully comfortable.
However, if you decide to return a product, you have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to do so - without providing a reason.

Simply inform us of your decision by sending message via the below contact form or emailing hello@tanahshop.com

We will send you instructions on how to return the product.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are:
unopened, unused and undamaged,
with the protective seal intact (seal, foil, inner lid protection).

If the protective seal has been broken, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply (in accordance with consumer protection law).

We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery (COD).

Costs & Refunds
The Seller covers the cost of return shipping.
Refunds for returned products will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the returned parcel.

CLAIMS

If a product turns out to be defective, damaged, or not in accordance with your order, please contact us at:
hello@tanahshop.com or fill up the below contact form.

In your message, include your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos are helpful).
After receiving your claim, we may ask you to return the product for verification. In such a case, we will provide instructions and a return label.

We will review your complaint within 14 days from the date of receiving your submission.

If the complaint is accepted, we will bring the product into conformity with the contract.
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, repair is not possible; therefore, we offer:
- replacement with a new product, or
- a refund of the purchase cost.

We are responsible for the product’s conformity with the contract for 2 years from the date of delivery.

If the products were damaged during delivery, you may complete an InPost carrier's damage report.
After submitting the report, you will receive a PDF file by email. Please forward it to hello@tanahshop.com. We will contact the carrier and take care of the rest.
We will keep you informed about the initiated procedure.
