RETURNS

When purchasing in the Tanah store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased cosmetic within 14 days without giving a reason. The returned product should not show any signs of use.

To make the return procedure quick and painless, print and complete the RETURN FORM and attach it to the package with the returned product. You can send the parcel back in two ways:

After receiving the parcel and verifying it, we will refund your money within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery of the parcel. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery. In the case of returning a full-value product, the shipping costs are borne by the Seller.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right to withdraw from the contract and does not limit it in any way.

CLAIMS

If you find that the product you received is defective or arrived damaged, you have the right to file a complaint. If the products were damaged during delivery, you can complete the InPost carrier's damage report. After completing the report, you will receive a PDF file by e-mail. Send it to us at hello@tanahshop.com.We will contact the carrier and take care of the rest. We will inform you about the initiated proceedings.

In other situations, all you need to do is print and complete the COMPLAINT NOTIFICATION and attach it to the package. We will consider your complaint within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery of the shipment and we will send the amount plus shipping costs to the indicated bank account number or we will replace the product with a new one (depending on the information included in the complaint).
