Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders within Poland above 30 zł have free shipping.

For the rest of Europe, orders above 200zł have free shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Expected delivery time within Poland: 1-2 business days

Expected delivery time for the rest of Europe: 2-4 business days

What shipping companies do you use?

POLAND: All orders are fulfilled by InPost, which includes both their courier and paczkomat service.

REST OF EUROPE: All non domestic orders are fulfilled by GLS.

Is the tallow balm suitable for all skin types?

Yes, it’s formulated to work well across all skin types. However, we recommend patch-testing on a small area first, especially for those with sensitive skin.

Can the tallow balm be used on the face and body?   

Absolutely! It’s a versatile formula that works well on both the face and body. Apply a small amount and massage gently into the skin for deep hydration and nourishment.

Does your tallow balm have a strong odour?   

The balm is made from natural ingredients, and while it may have a mild natural scent due to its tallow base, it is not overpowering. The tallow is triple filtered and distilled to the highest level of purity.

Can tallow balm be used alongside other skincare products?

Yes, it can be integrated into your existing skincare routine. Apply it after serums and before sunscreen during the day or as the final step in your evening routine.

How do I use tallow balm?

Apply a tiny amount of our balm to clean skin as needed, especially when dry.

For best results, apply to warm, moist skin after showering or washing.

Our formula is highly concentrated, requiring only a small quantity. A standard 60ml (2oz) jar can last several months with daily use.

Where is your tallow sourced from?

Our tallow is sourced from independent Polish ranchers. It is triple filtered, to minimize beefy odour while preserving key nutrients.

Returns

Can I return an item or get a refund?

Yes, all our products come with a satisfaction guarantee: if you're not 100% satisfied with the product or something is wrong or broken please get in touch and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. That's a promise!

Return/refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving an order.
